Functions > IS Utilities > EGrades Controls
The E-Grades Controls maintenance window in SISAdmin (Functions>IS Utilities>EGrades Controls) is used to create/edit the control records that manage the E-Grades system. The controls are defined by School Code, Subsemester (also referred to as Session), and Grade Type (Midterm or Final).
Note: In January 2018 the Medical School (Stephanie Brelsford) decided to turn off Medicine EGrades for the YR term, starting with YR2017. This change is designed to keep MD course instructors from submitting grades at EGrades. These course instructors are supposed to be using OASIS instead.
