Use the same select tools described for E-Mail to identify a group of students for whom you want to produce address labels, print envelopes, or generate data for a mail merge. Click on Address Labels in the drop-down listbox on your roster, and then click the Produce button. (1) use the drop-down listbox under Select Address Type to choose Local, Home, etc. (2) use the drop-down listbox under Select Document Type to select #10 envelopes, 3×10 Avery labels, or a mail merge. (3) click on Print Addresses for a preview. Use the Print button on your menu bar to send this to your printer. Use the Export button to download a file to your PC; use the Import button to use a file (.dat) of ID numbers created independently.
